The Colorado Health Foundation’s Annual Health Report Card
The Colorado Health Foundation invests in the community through grants and initiatives to health-related nonprofits that focus on health access and quality, as well as by operating medical education programs to increase the health care workforce.
They produce a variety of publications, including an Annual Health Report Card that evaluates both the health of Coloradans and our progress toward achieving our commitment to make Colorado the healthiest state in the nation.
