Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE)
DSIRE offers a trove of information on renewable energy and energy efficiency incentives and policies established by the U.S. government, state and local governments, utilities, and nonprofit organizations. A project of the North Carolina Solar Center and the Interstate Renewable Energy Council, DSIRE is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy. The site is administered by DOE’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
