The Alliance Center is located close to the Colorado State Capitol, strategically positioning Alliance Center tenants to participate in the policy making process in Colorado. The Alliance center houses 38 nonprofits and creates a hub for collaboration.
In 2009 over 45 sustainability-related bills were successfully passed into law as a result of Alliance Center tenants working together and with non-tenant partners, over half of which were the result of 2 or more groups working together.
In 2010, even more sustainability bills were initiated by Alliance Center tenants and non-tenant partners, with over 50 being signed into law.
