Watts to Water
A competition-based program focused on energy and water consumption reduction in OFFICE and HOTEL buildings over 5,000 sq. ft. It offers recognition to participants through awards, and connects participants to EnergyStar technical assistance.
Watts to Water is a sustainability program that recognizes high performance buildings focused on energy and water consumption reductions. The program creates a more sustainable built environment in the Denver metropolitan area through resource conservation AND bottom line savings to help building owners and operators save energy and money while also reducing greenhouse gas emissions, in support of Greenprint Denver’s Climate Action plan. To date, 130 metro buildings representing 28 million square feet of office & hotel space are participants.
