Urban Land Institute Colorado

Founded in 1998, ULI Colorado is a statewide organization with close to 1,000 members that has an excellent reputation for organizing and sponsoring educational programs, sessions, advisory panels, and tours, especially on smart growth topics.

According to their website, ULI Colorado is the local chapter of the Urban Land Institute which is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the institute now has more than 34,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service.
