The Sustainability Consortium (TSC)

The Sustainability Consortium convenes working groups of members  representing prominent government, nonprofit, academic and business organizations, interested in more accurately quantifying and communicating the sustainability of products.

TSC lists over 40 prominent members who participate in research workgroups on aspects of business sustainability such as consumer science, home and personal care products, global regulations.

The Sustainability Consortium is a spin off from Walmart initiative in 2009 to surveying its suppliers on their environmental performance.
