Pikes Peak Regional Sustainability Project

The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments has convened a broad-based group of stakeholders to develop draft sustainability goals for the Pikes Peak Region (El Paso and Teller counties). These goals address the social, economic, and environmental quality of life of the region by 2030, specifically:

  • Transportation
  • Built and natural environment
  • Economic Development
  • Energy
  • Water
  • Health
  • Materials management (procurement, recycling, solid waste)
  • Education
  • Arts and Culture
