Boulder County’s EnergySmart services provide expert assistance to take the guesswork out of making homes and businesses more energy efficient. Services include customized and unbiased energy-saving recommendations, expert help with contractor selection and bid evaluation, knowledgeable assistance with rebates and financing, and free energy-saving items.  Limited-time rebates (above utility and state rebates) and low-rate financing options are available to EnergySmart customers only.
