Community Food Initiative
The Community Food Initiative is a coordinated effort between schools, local farmers, Permaculture educators and non-profit organizations to inspire a new generation of growers and revive the local food economy in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. Current efforts are geared towards establishing a 42′ dome greenhouse and edible schoolyard project at the Roaring Fork High School in Carbondale.
