The Colorado Center on Law and Policy (CCLP) health care program uses research, analysis, and legal, legislative and administrative advocacy to ensure access to adequate, affordable health care for all Coloradans. We examine and address systemic problems that present barriers to people attempting to access health care systems, while at the same time working toward ensuring the 1.2 million Coloradans who are uninsured or underinsured have access to health care.
