Colorado Carbon Fund

The Colorado Carbon Fund is a voluntary carbon offset program operating under Project C, created by the Governor’s Energy Office to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, expand economic growth and encourage energy independence across Colorado. Project C runs outreach programs to inform the public about energy efficiency, helps fund community-based renewable energy projects, and supports educational initiatives that help Coloradans reduce energy consumption.
