Audubon Colorado
Audubon Colorado acts to conserve birds and other wildlife through education, good science and careful use of resources. It serves as a strong voice for the natural world, inspiring and working with people to conserve, restore and enjoy natural habitats in Colorado.
Throughout Colorado, communities are served by 10 local Audubon Chapters. These Chapters, sharing the Audubon mission, are chartered by Audubon. Each operates independently, raising their own funds and addressing wildlife and habitat issues specific to the areas they serve.
Audubon Chapters across the state are involved in on-the-ground restoration activities, nature education programs, species inventory, and a variety of other projects driven by a deep commitment to Colorado’s natural places.
