CASE STUDY: Home Savings Bank Branch
Constructed on a pre-developed site, this Madison, Wisconsin branch of the Home Savings Bank required the removal and recycling of an existing lot and building. The new building incorporates day lighting, air-to-air energy recovery, a rain garden, high efficiency heating and cooling, non-chlorinated refrigerants, occupancy sensore, low and no-VOC materials, and Green Seal components. it is projected to be 20% more energy-efficient than the reference EPA Energy Star Target Finder Building.
