Talking in the lobby

A Multi–Tenant Nonprofit Center (MTNC) is a facility created by and for nonprofits. It usually includes joint office, meeting, gallery or performance space. Tenants often share services and costs for receptionists, Internet and equipment.

Non–profit benefits:

  • Stability – Protection from the real estate market roller coaster.
  • Affordability – Economies of scale and shared services.
  • Enhanced Mission – Synergies of cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Stature – Greater visibility and credibility in high quality space and prominent location.

Community benefits:

  • Convenience – Easier delivery of services to nonprofit clients and visitors.
  • Hub – Centralized location to meet, share ideas and work together.
  • Cost Effectiveness – More efficient use of donated dollars.
