The Alliance’s annual reports are snapshots of the state of the organization, our goals and aspirations, and our accomplishments. Together they document the steady evolution and increasing effectiveness of the Alliance as it strives to become the hub of sustainability-oriented activity and resources in Colorado.
The 2010 report briefly describes our expanding roster of Sustainability Roundtables (including our first in-person Statewide Roundtable) and our success in winning passage of a bill to establish the first conservation-oriented plumbing codes in Colorado. It also details some key milestones in our Alliance Center Renovation project, including a baseline greenhouse gas inventory, the retrocommissioning of building systems in the Alliance Center, and a historic structure assessment—all critical to pushing this already-high-performance building to the next level.
And as with the earlier reports, the 2010 edition documents our revenues and expenses, lists the members of our board of directors, and spells out our growing list of supporters, friends and partners. There are many who have been with us from the beginning but there are also new supporters who have recently experienced the power of collaboration in sustainability and have joined with us to promote it.
Please support our work in 2011 as a volunteer, partner, donor or resource!
